Dual Fluid Paths
Custom engineered and built hose reel with dual fluid paths for high pressure hydraulic applications. The reel can handle 100' of 1/4" ID twin hose. The spool and frame are constructed from heavy duty carbon steel with a blue
powdercoat finish. The 12 volt D.C. motor is inboard mounted to reduce the width and overall size of the reel and for extra protection of the motor.

Three Fluid Paths - Hydraulic Oil
This custom engineered and built hose reel with three fluid paths is used for hydraulic oil. The reel can handle 30' of 2" ID hose. This custom hose reel incorporates a 4" inlet, three 2" goosenecks for outlets, a 12 volt D.C. explosion proof motor and a steel fluid path
rated at 5000 PSI.

Four Fluid Paths - Hydraulic Oil
This custom engineered and built hose reel with four fluid paths is used for hydraulic oil. The reel can handle 30' of 1.5" ID hose. This custom hose reel incorporates a 3" inlet, three 1.5" goosenecks for outlets, a 12 volt D.C. explosion proof motor and a steel fluid path
rated at 5000 PSI. Reel measures 47.75" in height, 46" deep and 33" wide.

Five Fluid Paths Custom designed and built hydraulic rewind hose reel for 5 lines of hose; two lines of 1/4" I.D. and three lines of 3/8" I.D.
The reel incorporates five 3/8" NPT female outlets and a five line swivel assembly with four 3/8" NPT female inlets and one 1/4" NPT female inlet. The hose capacity of the reel is 500' and the pressure rating is 3000 PSI.

6" Fluid Path Custom built 115 VAC motor and gearbox driven hose reel for 50' of 6" diameter suction hose. Stainless steel fluid path and swivel with 6" 150# flanged inlet and 6" NPT female outlet.
Reel is constructed from extra heavy duty stainless steel type 304 with a fully welded spool and frame.
