Jetter Hose Reel Turn-Key System Reelcraft's custom engineered and built jetter reel turn-key system offers the complete solution for this jetter application.
Systems are designed entirely in house and built to customer specification with the objective that all the customer needs to do is remove the packaging and turn it on. This complete
system was designed to fit inside a standard truck bed. System includes a hydraulic power pack with 8 HP motor, special hose for well cleaning applications, directional control valves

Swivel Base Jetter Hose Reel Reelcraft's custom designed hydraulic driven jetter hose reel handles up to 600' of 1/2" ID hose. The heavy duty spool and frame are constructed from carbon steel and have a powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. The custom frame includes a swivel base that latches into three positions: straight and 45°
both ways. The reel's carbon steel fluid path is rated to 5000 PSI and comes with 1" NPT female inlet and outlet ports. A nickel plated swivel is also included.

Jetter Hose Reels Reelcraft’s custom built jetter hose reel can accommodate up to 1000’ of 1” I.D. hose and can be built to your specifications. Pressures range from 3000 to 10,000 PSI and temperatures range 22°F to 225°F. These custom designed reels feature a direct drive option that eliminates the need for chain/sprocket.
The frame is constructed of industrial grade tubular steel and the spool features a welded wrapper and 3/16" spun heads. The optional heavy duty cast guide assembly aides in guiding hose back onto spool evenly. Assembly arm can be positioned out of the way and locked when reel is not in use.

Level Rewind Jetter Hose Reels Reelcraft’s custom built level rewind jetter hose reel can accommodate up to 1640' of 3/8" I.D. hose and 2000 lbs of pulling force. The hose reel comes equipped with a large hydraulic brake motor and a stainless steel fluid path and swivel.
This jetter hose reel handles pressures up to 5000 PSI, features a direct drive option and a level rewind that aids in proper storage and maintenance of the hose. Contact the engineered products group for other options and capacities.
