Enclosed Hose Reels
Enclosed Hose Reels Series 5000, 7000 & 8000
Series 5000, 7000 and 8000 enclosed reels feature a steel enclosure that offers an additional level of protection for the hose from potentially harmful foreign debris. These reels are designed such that removing the cover on either side will allow access to the majority of serviceable parts. A full flow shaft and swivel assure maximum product delivery. Side Mount Hose Reels

Series 4000, 5000 and 5005 reels yield great strength from a compact, space saving design. The addition of a rigid side mount allows reels to be mounted on either the right or left hand side. Twin Hydraulic Mobile Base Hose Reel

To accommodate longer lengths of twin hydraulic hose, Reelcraft has adapted a dual fluid path and incorporated it into our mobile base 9000 Series hose reels. The 9000 Series hose reel offers the greatest amount of rigidity due to its heavy gauge base design. Air Vend Hose Reels

The AV4425 OLPBWL from Reelcraft is designed for air hose service. This air hose reel is our most compact design able to handle 25’ of 1/4”. It is small enough to be incorporated into air service stations or inside cabinets on trucks and comes from the factory constant tension without a latch pawl. The non-corrosive fluid path option offers another level of protection in corrosive environments. Standard Seals are BUNA but, EPR and VITON are available at additional cost. Side-Mounted Hose Reels
Series RT
Reelcraft has modified the popular Series RT hose reel, enabling the reel to be mounted on its side, making it ideal for mounting in cabinets and other tight spaces. The standard base is replaced by an equally heavy duty side mount plate. The stainless torsion spring and latch are mounted on the arm for ease of access and to eliminate the possibility of latch out at full extension. When properly installed, Reelcraft’s 7800 OLB21 clean air hose reel is designed to reduce the operator’s burden of managing long lengths of hose. New Reel Latching Option
Series 4000 / 5000 / 5005
Series 4000, 5000 and 5005 reels are all-steel construction and compact for a wide range of applications with critical space requirements. They have historically used a cam and disc latching mechanism that latches at two different points every 180°. The quiet speed latch, as it is referred, requires that the hose be pulled out and then let back slowly for the latch to fall into the disc detent. Now, there is an additional option. Side Mount Cart Handle

Our new Side Mount Carts offer another means of portable reeling. A simplistic design makes them lighter and more easily maneuverable. The square tubular steel frame resists deformation, even through heavy use and the baked-on powder coat guards against the elements. The cart, designed to be used with Reelcraft's 6 and 12 inch 30,000 Series reels, features a Zinc-plated 1/2" steel axle and 8" semi-pneumatic tires. Click here for more info.
Powder Coat Paint Options
Reelcraft uses a rigorous cleaning process on raw parts prior to paint. First, an alkaline cleaner is applied to remove dirt and oil from the manufacturing process. The parts are then rinsed before being chemically pre-treated to achieve optimal paint adhesion and salt spray resistance. They receive a second rinse to remove any contaminants. Lastly, parts are coated with a high quality, durable polyester powder coat paint. The painted parts are cured and ready for assembly. The end result is a uniform, corrosion resistant finish that will last through years of service. Click here for more info.
Reel Display Stand
Reelcraft's new reel display stand conveniently displays up to eight reels and features removable universal brackets for ease of mounting. The new stand is almost entirely made of aluminum making it lighter and more manageable. It is easily assembled/disassembled and bears the Reelcraft logo.
