Reelcraft products are backed by a limited warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship for up to 2 years from the date of shipment (exclusions apply). Warranty claims may be eligible for repair or replacement at Reelcraft’s discretion.
Need to File a Warranty Claim? Contact 1-855-634-9109 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before returning any product.
Returns & Inspections – Products must be returned prepaid for evaluation. Non-defective items require customer approval for repair or replacementat cost.
